The Dr. Bill F. Stewart Achievement of Excellence Award annually honors a district employee who best exemplifies qualities in leadership, innovation, vision, and hard work; qualities demonstrated by Dr. Jim Chin, Dean of Instruction at Madera Community College Center. Jim is an extraordinary example of an employee who goes beyond-the-call-of-duty to demonstrate excellence within our district. Dr. Chin was honored with this prestigious award at the Reedley College Employee Recognition Ceremony on May 2, 2013.
