Parking Permits

香港六合彩官网 has partnered with Parking Management Bureau (PMB) to offer students, faculty, and Staff the convenience of purchasing parking permits online. You can buy your semester parking permit by visiting MyCampusPermit.com on your smartphone or computer. Students, you can buy a semester parking permit. Faculty and Staff will have the option of purchasing a semester or an annual permit.

Using My Portal, Students, Faculty, and Staff must create an account on MyCampusPermit.com and provide their vehicle's License Plate Number, Make, Model, and Color. Parking on 香港六合彩官网 campuses without a valid semester or daily parking permit will result in a citation. Parking Enforcement

香港六合彩官网 PD will reintroduce the enforcement of parking at all 香港六合彩官网 Campuses. Beginning in the Fall semester of 2023, a parking permit or daily permit will be required to park at all 香港六合彩官网 Campuses. Drivers must display the semester's permit in plain view with all numbers and markings clearly visible through the windshield. Registered Motorcycles will park for free in designated areas.

The campuses have designated parking spaces exclusive for Motorcycle parking at most parking lots. Motorcycles registered with PMB can park in these areas for free. If motorcyclists choose to park in a regular car stall, they must have a valid parking permit (Semester or Daily). When purchasing a vehicle permit, the buyer can also register a motorcycle.

Drivers who use on-campus parking facilities must purchase a college or 香港六合彩官网 parking permit. 香港六合彩官网 parking permits may be used at all 香港六合彩官网 campuses. Enforcement for parking permits will begin on the first day of class for Staff and specialized parking. Student parking lots will have a one-week grace period at the start of each session.

Permits must always be visible in Cars, SUVs, Vans, Pickups, etc. Registered Motorcycles will be verified with a visible license plate. Handicapped parking is free, but requires a DMV Disabled Person/Disabled Veteran Placard or plate.

How do I purchase a permit?

Students:

Students registering for classes using My Portal will have the opportunity to pay for the semester parking permit. Information on the My Portal landing page will indicate this new feature. A link has been included in My Portal after the student completes class registration. Prospective students must apply to one of the District college campuses before being given access to the My Portal. New students will receive access to the My Portal within 24 hours after submitting the online CCCApply application.

How much does a permit cost?

Parking permits are required for Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters:

  • Fall and Spring permits are $30.00 for Cars, SUVs, Vans, Pickup trucks, etc.
  • Summer permits are $20.00 for Cars, SUVs, Vans, Pickup trucks, etc.
  • Annual Staff permits are $80.00 for Cars, SUVs, Vans, Pickup trucks, etc.

Daily permits may be purchased online at mycampuspermit.com for $1.00. Semester permits can be purchased online through . You can buy an optional permit hangar at or your campus bookstore. Free Registered Motorcycle Parking

To access free parking, motorcyclists must register their motorcycle's license plate with PMB and park in a motorcycle-designated area. The license plate will serve to determine if the motorcycle is parked legally on campus. Non-registered motorcycles or those parked in a regular vehicle parking space must have a valid parking permit (Semester or Daily Permit).

Staff, Faculty, Students, and guests with a state DMV-issued accessible placard or license plates may park in any designated disabled space at any of our locations.

Vehicles illegally parked in Staff, disabled, no parking, or other restricted areas are always subject to citation.

Fines

Is there a grace period?

The grace period for student parking permits is allowed the first week of each semester. No citations are issued for vehicles legally parked in marked student spaces during this period. Cars illegally parked in Staff, disabled, no parking, or other restricted areas are always subject to citation.

Replacement of Permits:

  1. In order to receive a replacement parking permit in cases of destroyed permits, proof of destruction must be submitted to the District Police Department. A permit will be issued for a $5 clerical fee.
  2. Persons claiming stolen permits will have to purchase a new permit for the $17 fee or $42 for an annual staff permit. If a person is found with the stolen permit, they will reimburse the victim for all losses.
  3. Persons claiming lost permits will have to purchase a new permit for the $17 fee or $42 for an annual staff permit.
  4. Permits lost due to extenuating circumstances, such as a traffic accident, will be replaced for the clerical fee. Documentation of the circumstances is necessary.
